How to Convert Percentage to CGPA

To convert percentage to CGPA using the CBSE formula, divide your percentage by 9.5. For example, 85% ÷ 9.5 = 8.95 CGPA. For Anna University, the formula is: CGPA = (Percentage ÷ 10) + 0.5. So 85% gives CGPA = (8.5) + 0.5 = 9.0.

This conversion is often needed when applying to international universities that require GPA, or when comparing results across different Indian universities with different grading systems.
