Time Zone Converter for Remote Work & International Meetings
With remote teams spread across the US, UK, Australia, and New Zealand, scheduling meetings across time zones is a daily challenge. The US Eastern time zone is typically 5 hours behind UTC (4 hours during EDST); Sydney is UTC+10 (UTC+11 during AEDT); Auckland is UTC+12 (UTC+13 during NZDT).
Daylight Saving Time makes conversions more complex: the US, UK, and Australia all observe DST but on different schedules. During MarchโNovember the US is on EDT; the UK switches to BST from late March to late October; Australia switches in OctoberโApril (Southern Hemisphere summer). This converter accounts for current DST automatically.

Formula: Uses the standard mathematical formula shown in the Formula & Method section above. All computations run client-side in your browser โ no data is sent to our servers.
Data sources: Tax bands, contribution limits and regulatory rates are taken from official US (IRS, SSA) and UK (HMRC, gov.uk) publications for the current tax year, and updated when bands change.
